Anyone using the Seam chat or any of the native in game chats should test their setup before using. The relevant settings and testing can be done by following the following path: Friend's List > Cogwheel Icon (Settings) > Voice. There you can change microphone input and output devices and such.
Open NV control panel from desktop, if you don't see the 3D applications settings by default, go there. Use the Geforce Experience to set the settings for the game. Assuming the Next update isn't more demanding that the existing game, I play on a GTX 660 and while not ideal, it's fine. And the vanilla 1050 exceeds that in performance. So your experience won't be GREAT, but it will run.

Find the Gysnc option and change "True" to "False". Reload the game and then turn V-Sync off and set the FPS setting to max and load in to test.
