Brake Hose. The brake hose that attaches to the Focus’s caliper will often cause the brakes to stick. They may appear to be fine on the outside, but can break apart and collect debris on the inside. When this happens, it effectively traps pressure in the line. This keeps the brakes from releasing all of the way, and they stick as a result.
Maybe if you disconnect the battery. When I picked mine up. With a full tank of fuel it said 515 miles to empty, the average read 8mpg! So I'm not sure how it calculates the average as im currently averaging 35 mpg and its says 360 miles to empty with a full tank. I've never ever seen that 500 miles to empty again lol.

I ran a second hand 06 old Focus for several years myself putting a lot of mileage on it. The positive side is that Fords are easy/cheap to get parts and relatively modifiable in various ways if you so wished due to the numerous scrapped cars. 1. Quote.

Hi everyone, I started my car the other day and the central display in the main speedo cluster started to malfunction. It started with some lines across the screen, but has now got to the point where the screen is black, and alot
No need to its normal the display will go off but the ecu is still powered up it means that the display will come on again as it powers down this takes up to 40 minutes.the light did go off as it does most people would never notice and on the mk2.5 the time its lit was reduced due to complaints if most owners were to stand and watch theyll find there display briefly comes back on It is not paired/synchronized to any other module and it also not part of the PATS immobilizer system. The PATS system of the focus MK1/MK1.5 is fully integrated into the PCM. The instrument cluster of a focus MK1/MK1.5 can be changed without any problems.
1. The information provided should only be used to correct mileage information. While it is not illegal to change your odometer reading, it is illegal to falsify or misrepresent the actual mileage of the vehicle. 2. The odometer display can be just as easily changed by swapping clusters to one of a lower mileage. 3.
Scroll to either the Trip Odometer, Trip Timer, or Average Fuel screen using the five-way steering wheel controls. Press and hold the OK button until you see the status bar loading. When the status bar fills in all the way, your computer will be reset.

I've swapped the standard seats for full Leather Recaro's (these came out of a ST 59 plate) looking at the wiring loom (from the seat's) it would appear they're heated (they have the Blue & Green connection) I've bought the relevant switches, (I've got two sets and I've tried them both) taken the dash apart and it appears the wiring is in place.

Ford Model: Focus 2.0 Titanium. Ford Year: 2005. UK/Ireland Location: Sussex. Posted August 21, 2020. Hi All, me again! I've just purchased and fitted some second hand full leather, electric heated seats for my Titanium. Straight fit as all wiring and switches were present or included. Unfortunately the heated side of things wasn't as good a

I've had a MK2 focus for a few years, been generally happy with it. After a long weekend of chores I got home last night with exactly 50 miles left on the trip computer thing. Not ideal but I had a 25 mile (24.7 to be exact) trip first thing so decided that was fine and I'd just fill it up when I left work as we have a station about a mile away. qthVKB.
